His Artist Jazz Bass is a testament to that profound legacy. The select alder body has no pickguard, allowing the sleek nitrocellulose finish to shine through. The maple neck features a "C" profile with fretless, urethane-coated pau ferro "slab" fingerboard and inlaid fretmarker lines. Dual American Vintage single-coil pickups and a vintage-style bridge with reverse tuners round out the list of exquisite components on a bass that is designed to turn heads the Jaco way: with dazzling feel and visionary sound.
