Unfortunately at this time there is no way to split payment methods on our website.
We have a few options for financing your purchase, including Affirm, Synchrony, and there’s always PayPal Credit. For more details please visit our Financing page.
On many of our items we do offer a 30 day layaway with 20% down. Simply click the “Contact Us” button on the product you’re looking at or give us a call at 773-525-7773 for more information.
In June of 2018, there was a Supreme Court decision made called South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc, which instated that online retailers are now required to collect sales tax in certain States where economic thresholds are met. The decision to collect and remit sales tax was by no means our own, however, we must abide by the law.

VAT Tax/Duties vary from region to region. Unfortunately, we are not able to calculate that in advance. Please contact your local Customs agency for more information.
Yes we will provide CITES export permits to accompany the shipment. We will provide you an electronic copy of the export permit once our CITES agent has issued it (usually 1-2 weeks after payment is processed). Please check with your local Customs or CITES agency before purchasing to verify what your country requires for importation. Many countries that require import CITES permits, require that the import permits be obtained prior to shipment. Please contact us if you have any specific questions or need us to delay your shipment.
The short answer is you’re eligible for a refund within 30 days for new gear and 3 days for used & vintage. For the more detailed answer or to request a return, please visit our Returns page.
Credit card refunds usually post to your account in 1-3 business days depending on your bank. PayPal refunds will typically show in your PayPal balance right away.
