Finish Details: The body has been stripped and refinished natural; the original paint stick marking is visible in the neck pocket. The fingerboard also appears to have a clear finish applied after the fretless conversion.

Electronics: Original single coil pickups with grey fiberboard bobbins, and original wiring harness components with independent volume controls for each pickup and master tone control. Some solder joints have been re-done as the electronics were removed for refinishing. The pot codes date to 1965.

Hardware: The nut has been replaced. The bridge cover, pickup cover, and thumbrest are also missing.

Cosmetic Condition: The bass shows mild cosmetic wear, with numerous surface scratches, small dings, and minor inconsistencies in the clear finish present. The back has moderate buckle rash, and the pickguard has shrunk and hazed with age. The fingerboard is glossy with light scratches and string marks, and the back of the neck has worn to a comfortable satin with small marks and grooves scattered throughout.
