Neck Details: Bolt-on maple neck with unbound rosewood veneer fretboard, dot inlays, and heel-adjust truss rod. The neck has a "22 MAY 69 B" heel stamp.
Electronics: Original grey bobbin single coil pickups, and wiring harness with original 3-way selector switch, master volume control, and 2 tone controls. The harness has been modified with some touched up solder joints, and the middle pickup tone control has been wired to adjust the bridge pickup as well. The pot codes date to 1970
Pickup Measurements: 5.5k (neck), 5.5k (middle), 5.5k (bridge)
Hardware: The pickguard and trem arm have been replaced. Some bridge set screws have been replaced as well. The high e tuner is bent slightly. Several of the saddle height adjustment set screws have been replaced.

Case Details: Original Hardshell Case. Numerous metal grommets have been added to the case around the latches for decorations.
Cosmetic Condition: This vintage Fender Stratocaster is in very clean condition, with some light scratches and blemishes on the glossy finish. There is some light finish wear and buckle rash on the back of the body, along with some small dents and dings around the edges. The neck is glossy and smooth, with some light wear along the sides.
Serial Number: 239569
Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with low action and optimal neck relief, and the original frets are low with light wear. The serial number on the neck plate dates to 1968, while the 1969 heel stamp and 1970 pot codes date the instrument to 1970.
