Finish Details: Original aside from one touchup; there is a repaired headstock break which has been touched up with black lacquer.
Body Material: Mahogany
Body Details: Solid one piece mahogany body. There are several repaired cracks in the body, including a heel repair at the neck joint. There is also a repaired crack extending from the bass side of the bridge to the end of the body. The strap button at the heel has been moved to the bass horn, leaving an open screw hole.

Cosmetic Condition: The guitar shows moderate cosmetic wear for its age. The finish has checking and numerous chips throughout the body and neck; there are heavier scratches on the back of the body. The pickguard has chipped at the upper horns. There are a couple repaired cracks in the body, mostly around the neck heel. The heel joint has been repaired, and there is also a repaired headstock break. The front of the headstock has been touched up with black lacquer.
