| Cosmetic Condition: | The guitar is in very clean condition, with light play marks and minor finish checking on the glossy finish. Some of the body binding has been reglued, and there are some small finish chips in these areas. The back of the body has a few larger finish cracks, and there are some scratches on the side of the treble bout. The back of the neck is glossy and smooth. |

| Tech Notes: | The guitar plays well with low action and optimal neck relief; the truss rod is adjustable. The narrow frets are medium height with a few small divots present under the treble strings up to the fifth fret. The neck heel stamp dates to 1966. According to some sources the serial number on the neck plate can be dated to 1973. However, serial numbers are often inconclusive for this particular model and the Coronado was discontinued after 1969. Based on the 1966 neck date, we are calling this guitar a 1966. |
