Electronics: The original pickup has been replaced with a DiMarzio humbucker. Controls include a master volume pot, master tone pot, and 2-way toggle switch for coil-tapping. The switch is not original and the solder joints on the output jack have been touched up.

Hardware: -an aftermarket bridge has been installed and the body route has been patched underneath -the pickguard bracket has been removed and the pickguard has been fastened to the top with two screws -the bridge cover has been removed and the hole on the bass side has been plugged and finished over
Modifications/Repairs: -body has been refinished -pickup has been replaced and new holes drilled to accommodate it -switch has been replaced -wiring has been touched up -bridge has been replaced -body route underneath the bridge has been patched -pickguard bracket has been removed and the pickguard has been fastened to the top with two screws -bridge cover has been removed and the hole on the bass side has been plugged and finished over
Case Details: Hardshell case is an era-correct Gibson ES-335 case that has been extended with cardboard and duct tape. The tolex is peeling away around the edges.
Cosmetic Condition: The bass has a fair amount of play wear. There are numerous scratches and dings on the headstock, neck, and body.

Tech Notes: Plays well with low action and optimal neck relief. Frets are of medium height and show only minor signs of play wear. The serial number indicates a production year of 1966.
