The C-15 offers the same tonal characteristics of a C-30 at lower volume and in a more portable package. A long list of musician designed features includes: highly interactive tone controls and circuitries unique to each channel, master volume and effects loop.
One EF86 in Channel 2 consists of a high-gain pentode coupled to a six-position rotary tone switch. Outright benefits include quick dial-in of new tones and an easy return to the settings you prefer. Also master volume works for both channels. The preamp signal passes through a 12AX7 in the phase inverter position to the output section of two EL84 power tubes. Other professional features include an effects loop and an output impedance selector for 4, 8, 16 ohm speaker configurations.
