| Cosmetic Condition: | This vintage Epi Broadway shows only light aging and play wear when considering its age. Light finish checking is present throughout. Minor nicks and dings exist. -- A small portion of material has chipped off and repaired on the headstock face between the G-string peg and the edge of the headstock. |

| Tech Notes: | Currently, set up with 13-gauge flatwound strings and low action. The truss rod functions and is set for optimal relief, though the neck does sight with a slight hump near the heel. This is not affecting playability. There is no longer downward adjustablitly in the bridge. This can be remedied with a neck reset, which we have elected not to perform because the guitar sets up and play well with low action set to 2/32" across the board. -- Ther serial number dates this Broadway from 1965. The presence of an embossed "2" on the back of the headstock just above the serial number signifies this Epiphone as a "Factory Second" instrument. |
