Amp Details: Amplifier was built specifically for Richard Fortus by Dave Friedman under the name of Marsha before Friedman Amplification. This amp is an early, stripped down version of what would become the Brown Eye 100 head under the Friedman name, and is a circuit based around the "hairy brown eye" modification that Dave had done to Marshall style amps. This is a single channel amp with this mod, and is loosely based around a JCM800 design with an extra tube to drive the preamp harder. Only the top right input is in the circuit, Volume I acts as a master, while Volume II acts as a gain control. Richard's settings are on tape under the control panel.
