Neck Details: Set-in maple neck with unbound rosewood fretboard, dot inlays, and twin truss rod adjustments at the headstock. There is a small reglued chip at the very end of the fretboard. The truss rod nuts have been replaced.
Electronics: Original Rickenbacker pickups, with neck and bridge volume/tone controls and middle position blend control. The bridge and middle pickup are wired together, and there is a spliced lead from the neck pickup. Some solder joints have been repaired as well. The pot codes date to 1979.

Cosmetic Condition: The guitar has nice aging present, with light checking and marks on the glossy finish. The edges of the body have a few small chips, and there is a repaired chip at the end of the fretboard. The back of the neck is smooth and comfortable.

Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with low action, and is currently set up with 12 gauge strings; the neck is very straight even without tension on the truss rod, and so lighter strings aren't recommended. The narrow frets are tall with light play wear present.
