Modifications/Repairs: New filter caps, screen grid resistors, and a new bias capacitor have been installed. A three-prong cable has been added. The phase inverter components on the circuit board have been replaced. The normal channel bass pot is not original. 1 ohm resistors have been added to the power tube sockets to read bias current.
