Body Details: Mahogany back and sides with spruce top. There are repaired center seam cracks in the top and back, with one added cleat under the soundboard for reinforcement. Several internal braces have been reglued, as has the internal back graft. The bridge has been reglued.

There is minor finish disturbance around the bridge, and the back of the neck is glossy with a few small dents.

Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with low action, and is currently set up with 12-53 phosphor bronze strings. The saddle is low, but the guitar sets up and plays well. The truss rod is adjustable, and the narrow frets are medium height with small divots up to the fifth fret. The FON on the heel block dates to 1951, while the electronics date the guitar to 1952.
