Description

The following specs were carefully collected and recorded by a skilled technician. For a more detailed description and questions regarding sound, feel, or cosmetic condition, please visit our Lincoln Avenue showroom or call to speak to one of our Used and Vintage experts.
Finish Details: Original
Body Material: Mahogany
Body Details: Chambered mahogany body with spruce top
Neck Material: Mahogany
Fingerboard Material: Ebony
Neck Profile: Medium C
Neck Thickness (IN): 1st - 0.78" 10th - 0.90"
Fingerboard Radius: 12.00"
Nut Width: 1-11/16"
Scale Length: 25 3/8"
Neck Details: Glossy mahogany neck with unbound ebony fingerboard and pearloid star inlays. The fingerboard has been removed, the truss rod has been replaced, and the fingerboard has been reattached. There is an approximately 2" hairline crack along the back of the neck at the headstock transition. This is a result of the truss rod anchor pressing against the back of the neck (due to this light strings are recommended and action adjustability is limited).
Electronics: Original active transducer pickup and preamp. Controls include master volume, treble control, and bass control.
Pickup Measurements: Reading not available due to active electronics
Hardware: Original. The bridge is lifting slightly in the back, but is stable.
Weight: 8lbs 2oz
Modifications/Repairs: The fingerboard has been removed, the truss rod has been replaced, and the fingerboard has been reattached
Case Details: Original hardshell case.
Cosmetic Condition: The guitar has light play wear, with minor finish scratches and dings on the glossy finish. Some scratches and small finish chips are present along the sides of the fingerboard as a result of the truss rod repair. There is a hairline crack on the back of the neck at the headstock, and the bridge is lifting slightly in the back.
Serial Number: 93361350
Tech Notes: Plays well with low action, and is currently set up with extra light 10 gauge phosphor bronze strings. The truss rod has limited adjustability, and so heavier strings would not be recommended. The frets are tall, wide, and show little sign of play wear. The serial number dates this guitar to 1991. Only 200 of these guitars were made. The guitar is being sold as-is.
