| Cosmetic Condition: | The body of this vintage Gibson bass is in good condition for its age with play wear, scratches, and minor finish chipping throughout. The back of the neck shows several major repairs, which are reinforced with splines at the headstock, 7th fret, and heel. The neck has been refinished, and there is a rosewood plug at the 7th fret. There are open screw holes in the body from the missing bridge cover, and the bass/baritone push-button switch is slightly impacted into the body. |
| Serial Number: | 808732 |
| Tech Notes: | This guitar plays well with medium-low action. The bridge is set at its lowest point, but the bass plays comfortably and cleanly. The frets are tall with minimal play wear. The serial and model information have worn off the Gibson sticker in the inside of the body. The serial on the headstock is present but difficult to read; it dates to 1969. |
