| Tech Notes: | The guitar is currently set up with .011 gauge strings and plays well with low action. This guitar sets up best with heavier gauge strings due to the straightness of the neck and limited truss rod adjustability (11s are ideal). The guitar would benefit from a refret if lighter gauge strings and further adjustability are desired, however the guitar is in extremely clean condition so we have opted not to refret it and to preserve its originality. The serial number dates to 1962. |
