Electronics: Two "embossed patent number" Humbucker pickups, 3-way toggle pickup selector switch, volume controls per pickup, master tone control -- The "A" through "e" strings pole-piece screws have been replaced in the bridge pickup. -- The solder joints for the bridge pickup cover have been modified. The lead wires solder joints have been modified suggesting this pickup may have been removed and reinstalled at some point. -- Original wiring harness with codes dating from 1976.
Pickup Measurements: Neck: 7.3 kΩ, Bridge: 7.3 kΩ
Hardware: The control knobs have been replaced. The bridge volume knob says tone.

Cosmetic Condition: This V shows nice aging and play wear. The back of the neck shows significant wear. There is some bubbling in the finish near the top edge of the bass side fin. Various other blemishes exist.

Tech Notes: Currently, set up with 10-gauge strings, low action, and optimal neck relief. The frets are wide and low showing minimal play wear as they have been recently dressed. -- The serial number dates this Gibson from 1980.
