Controls include a 3-position pickup selector toggle, 3-position tone switch, bass & treble tone controls (active in tone switch position 2), master volume control, "decade" rotary tone selector, phase reverse slider switch, and high/low impedance slide switch (with transformer). The pot codes date to 1973.
