Finish Details: Mostly original with old "stringer" headstock overspray and small area on headstock overlay oversprayed. Finish has been buffed.
Body Material: Mahogany
Body Details: Lots of checking with a few dents with finished chipped. Original plastics.
Neck Material: Mahogany
Fingerboard Material: Rosewood
Neck Profile: D
Neck Thickness (IN): 1st fret .853", 12th fret .962"
Fingerboard Radius: 12.00"
Nut Width: 1-11/16"
Scale Length: 24 3/4"
Neck Details: Refret with new nut, "stinger" headstock overspray. Was modified with hexhead bushing tuners at some point; rings in finish on headstock from washers. Most likely had Schaller M6 style tuners with set screws holes at a3 o'clock position, which would explain the headstock overspray to hide filled holes. Original tuners have been reinstalled. Original truss-rod cover.
Electronics: Original pickups and wiring harness, both of which have been untouched. Pot codes date to the fourth week of January 1965.
Pickup Measurements: Neck 7.24K, Bridge 7.73k
Hardware: Original hardware
Modifications/Repairs: Refret, new nut, "stinger" headstock overspray, enlarged tuner postholes.
Case Details: Original hardshell case.
Cosmetic Condition: Very good with finish checking and some chips out of finish.
Serial Number: 269628
Tech Notes: Guitar plays well with a straight neck and low action. New frets show virtually no wear.
