Body Material: Maple
Body Details: Hollow body with laminated maple back, sides, and top, painted F-holes, and top and bottom binding. There are two string mute lever knobs on either side of the bridge.
Neck Material: Maple
Fingerboard Material: Ebony
Neck Profile: "C" profile
Neck Thickness (IN): .82" (1st fret), .92" (10th fret)
Fingerboard Radius: No Radius
Nut Width: 1-11/16"
Scale Length: 24 3/8"
Neck Details: Set-in two piece maple neck with bound ebony fingerboard, thumbnail inlays, and zero fret. The fingerboard binding has been reglued in a couple areas.
Electronics: Original Gretsch Super'tron neck pickup and Filter'tron bridge pickup, 3-way toggle selector switch, 3-way tone switch, mute switch, master volume control, and volume controls for each pickup.
Pickup Measurements: 5.7k (neck), 4.2k (bridge)
Hardware: Original; the string mute foam has degraded and could be replaced, but has been left to preserve originality.
Modifications/Repairs: The fingerboard binding has been reglued in a few spots.
Case Details: Original hardshell case
Cosmetic Condition: The finish is glossy with patches of hazing, light scratches, and mild buckle rash on the back of the body. The binding has deteriorated and chipped away in multiple spots throughout the body and neck; the fingerboard binding has been re-glued in a few areas. The body has light finish checking on the front and back, and the hardware has tarnished nicely.

Tech Notes: Plays well with low action and optimal neck relief; the guitar is currently set up with 10s with a wound G. The frets are narrow and low with light wear. The serial number and appointments date the guitar to 1966.
